iPhone, bottle opener taken from bathroom

Saturday, Oct. 6

• An Elma woman reported to police she had multiple credit cards stolen. The cards had been used several times by an unknown individual.

Sunday, Oct. 7

• Police were called to a private lot on Big Tree Road for a disturbance. There was a fight between two individuals. A Cowlesville, New York, man was charged with harassment. He was then transported to the Erie County Medical Center for knee and face pain from the altercation.

• A bartender at a Southwestern Boulevard bar left her iPhone and a bottle opener in the bathroom. When she returned, the phone and bottle opener were gone. The phone is valued at $1,000, while the bottle opener is worth $10.

Monday, Oct. 8

• An accident occurred at the intersection of Abbott and Milestrip roads. One of the drivers involved in the accident had a suspended license. The driver, an Angola man, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, following too closely and unlicensed operation.
