The Fox Run at Orchard Park fall open house will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 13, at the complex, 1 Fox Run Lane.

Mary Lou Letina-Land, director of marketing and sales, said prospective clients will be able to walk through four different styles of independent living apartments, with residents of Fox Run answering questions they may have about living on the campus.

She added they will also be able to view patio homes, the commons building which includes the pool, fitness center, greenhouse, card room and health center — which offers assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.

“It’s a great way to look around and not feel any pressure,” Letina-Land said. “It’s always good to plan for the future.”

She added that attendees can head to the events center and have a light lunch and talk with the chief executive officer, director of marketing and sales and residents, and pick up some information.

Fox Run holds two open houses a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Letina-Land said around 100 individuals will attend.

The campus is also in the midst of its 10th anniversary, which Letina-Land said has been celebrated all year, dating back to November.

“We’ve established an amazing culture at Fox Run,” said Letina-Land about the facility’s success. “I think the residents really enjoy living here, and we guarantee care for life.”
