SAVE THE DATE — Inching closer to summer, two annual events are returning for residents in Orchard Park to take advantage of throughout June.

The third annual Orchard

Park farmers and artisans market will once again provide those looking for homegrown goods with all their needs through October.

The market, which is presented by BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, will run from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursdays in front of Orchard Fresh, 4050 N. Buffalo Road.

Attendees will see that the market features 18 vendors, made up of a mix of local farmers and artisans; two food trucks; and live, local musical talent from 4 to 6 p.m.

The music is provided by Envision Real Estate and Premium Mortgage.

If you want to get out and enjoy the warm weather, pick up some groceries and listen to some music, be sure to make your way to the market.

Another hallmark of the month of June is the return of the Pavilion concerts.

The concert series runs from June through August at the Pavilion, located at 60 S. Lincoln Ave. on the Orchard Park Middle School grounds.

This month, the Creekbend Bluegrass Band will play from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, June 24; the Carnival Kids Steel Orchestra will perform from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 26; and American Legion Band of the Tonawandas will take the stage from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28.

If seeking out good music in the summer is a priority, attend a Pavilion concert this summer.

A full concert listing for the Pavilion concerts can be found at www.everythingop.com.
