Notice is hereby given that the
undersigned Town Clerk of the Town
of Orchard Park has the Tax Roll and
Warrant for the collection of County
and Town taxes for the fiscal year
2018 and will receive taxes at the
office of the Town Clerk, Municipal

Center 4295 South Buffalo Street,
Orchard Park, New York, in said Town
between the following hours, Monday
through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Special hours on Saturday February
10, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The following penalties shall be
paid in accordance with the Erie
County Property Tax Law:
January 16 to February 15, no
penalty.
February 16 to February 28,
1.5%.
March 1 to March 15, 3%
March 16 to April 2, 4.5%
April 3 to April 16, 6%
April 17 to May1, Inclusive 7.5%
On May 2nd the 7.5% penalty fee
is added to the levy, forming the base
tax then due, thereafter interest is
added to the base at a rate of 1.5%
per month on the 1st of each month
making18.78% in all. After June 30,
2018 all unpaid taxes are turned over
to the Erie County Commission of
