UP HIGH – Torch runner Tyrone Mullings arrives with the ceremonial Empire State Winter Games torch at Community Bank in Orchard Park. The torch will finally make its way to Lake Placid, where the games will be held from Thursday, Feb. 3, through Sunday, Feb. 6.
