WILLIAMS, Charles E., of Orchard Park, died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Marguerite I. (nee Lebo); one son, Richard; one daughter, Karen Biondo; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, Jan. 30, at Amigone Funeral Home.
