Colleen K. Brennan, of Orchard Park, a commercial Realtor with Hunt Real Estate, was recently elected secretary and director for 2012 of the Western New York Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors. Paul J. Dueringer, also of Orchard Park, a leasing manager for First Amherst Development, was elected director in the organization.
