The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, in the Building 5 cafeteria at Erie Community College’s South Campus, 4041 Southwestern Blvd. The NFTA plans to reduce services, including the elimination of several routes to areas in the Southtowns.
